- Does this FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 apply to orders shipped to Canada? No, that only applied to domestic orders shipped to the United States.
- How quickly do you ship? All orders ship within 3 business days. Most orders ship same or next business day.
- I chose Priority Shipping (2-3 days) - does that include non-business days? Will I get my item on a Saturday or Sunday? There is no delivery on weekends or postal holidays.
- I need to send an item as a gift, what do I do? Just let us know in the order comments.
- My tracking number doesn't show any information. Has my package been shipped? Often the tracking number is not updated until the item has been delivered. International orders do not show any online tracking information.
